Any idea of how to credit missing miles? Flew Azores Airlines last summer and been chasing the credit with TAP since. Even still have the boarding pass!

Can’t answer your question Red but I have a related one I’m hoping the HFP brains trust can help with – I have 14,000 odd points in my Tap account which I’m not able to use for flights. How else could I make use of them? Is a transfer to another airline/hotel scheme a possibility? Or if not, what else could I use them for? The app/mobile website isn’t great at being able to identify potential options
