For those that are really irritated by the pay with points option coming up everywhere and the prospect of hitting the wrong botton, I’ve just noticed that if you click on the Settings/Gear icon top left when the pay screen pops up, you can disable it for all retailers that present the standard Amex payment processing dialog box
Oh, that’s brilliant. Always worried I’ll lose points clicking the wrong button.
