Are any of those of us who haven’t been closed down still waiting for points this month?

Yes, normally received on 22/23 of Month, nothing so far in Jan

Maybe Creation has made a “business decision” to just not give you points any more. Apparently this is industry practice and absolutely fine 🤣

Yeah, still waiting, though this month it’s only 23 points so I hadn’t really noticed. Statement says they’ll be transferred though and they’ve been removed from my Creation app already.

The points have arrived in my IHG account sometime in the past 2 hours.
