    I recently had a Price Match agreed (for the first time) at the Conrad in Las Vegas. Its very difficult to get an exact match though another supplier , everything including cancellation periods etc needs to be the same as the Hilton offer to trigger the guarantee.

    I doubt it, I needed to enter the card number and the PIN this morning when I deleted and reinstalled the app in an effort to encourage it to offer me a swap to the new card from my existing product.

    Still no option to switch for me.
    Rob did say that Barclaycard said that we should all have the option to swap today so fingers crossed for all those still sandboxed…

    That Chicken pie is far too salty IMHO ,it’s been that or sausage n mash for ages. I for one am looking forward to anything else besides the 1980’s school dinner slop that currently on offer.

    Sadly I am still getting no option to switch. I will keep trying every couple of hours although Rob did say Barclaycard would roll this out tomorrow so not too fussed.

    I am waiting for a little over 20k points from January’s statement run. Had Febuary too, they must be aware of this issue but seem to be dawdling towards a resolution.

    There are two Hiltons… The one in Bridgetown is a soulless monolith on an amazing beach a little removed from all the action. The other is a timeshare based resort on the quiet (and rough sea) side of the Island. I have visited both and stayed at neither. There are plenty of other better places on the island. If you have a pile of Hilton points to burn I would choose a different island tbh.

    And as for the weather in June I have seen it all. Yes its warm and more likely to be wet at some point but its the Caribbean and its the same all over in those summer months. You would be very unlucky to have a week or rain, it just does not really happen like that (but it could). I have been in pretty much every month (I just had 4 weeks there) and its an amazing island, I would just not stay at a Hilton there.

    I have now received points for this month but not last. On WeChat they couldn’t resolve it. I then got a feedback email asking my opinion. Very simple response to … did they resolve what I called for.

    I too have Febuary’s deposit but not had January, telephone team unless and now engaging with barclaycard and Hilton Honours via twitter.

    What a crock.

    I was told I had to wait 90 days. I pointed out it was already over 100 days and they asked me to wait another 10 BUSINESS days to get it resolved. Its not.

    In the old days the CS agent would have added them when on the phone.

    Booked a runway King at $300 plus the taxes for a stopover in June. No deals available anywhere and I checked back to Black Friday. Prices seemed to be rising so I booked a cancellable room and hope to have a great afternoon/morning geeking at the view.

    It’s not processed or indeed run by BA. Subbed out to Torvest or something similar in the past but not a BA direct product.
