Why are you linking to HFP, the Barclaycard site specifically said ‘within three months after the initial six-month period’.
HFP made no reference to the timeline for the extra 10k.

Turns out I’m not eligible either.
Looked into it and apparently my wife added me to her family account so I could use her apple music. Her brother is also in this group and he has an apple TV subscription, so looks like we had access all along!

Also the app is only showing the 25k bonus, after £3k spend. I guess I have to hope that updates after the initial £3k is met…
It won’t

Visa will continue to provide all Lloyds Banking Group’s consumer and business debit cards, including over 30 million Visa credentials already in issue, as well as the majority of consumer and commercial credit cards with around 10 million cards migrating to Visa by the end of 2026

I haven’t seen any comment to say they have. I hit it last night so let’s see.

I applied for, and received, this card recently. I’d closed a Barclaycard Rewards card six months earlier, had never previously had one of their Avios ones.
There is no sign of the promotional offers – only the standard “spend £3k in 3 months” target in the app.
I called them today and they assured me that once I have met that target, I should see a new target for the additional £6k in 6 months” target. And that it might take a long time to hear about the Apple TV offer.
But I have little confidence – the woman on the phone was unaware of the promotion until I got her to look at the website, and she admitted that there was no record of it on my account….I hit the 3k spend on day 1 of having the card almost a month ago and definitely have no reference to the extra 10k anywhere.

My wife flew out from T3 a few years back on Xmas evening, she said the bars & restaurants were open, not sure about the shops.

The website is genuinely one of the most frustrating i’ve had the pleasure of using , even BA puts it to shame.
Despite this we usually make a booking each summer as there are very few options for where we like to visit. For this on our last visit in August we had 20% off drinks and some welcome drinks in the room.
My recent booking had 3 discounts applied, the 5% app, 10% from my membership status and the 10% promo live at the time. It’s not until the last stage of checkout where you can see the final price and even then you have to click something like ‘more detail’ where it shows the amounts taken off for each separate discount.
You should get a 5% status discount for signing up.

You can use the voucher for open jaw flights, the only issue is i think it’s not a 241 on upper class if you are just a red member (unless that has changed in last year or so). According this article its just a 75k points reduction so in your example you would need to use 75k of your own points assuming 2x60k and 2x15k =150k points in total.
Nothing would be repriced unless you wanted to make a change to the booking such as moving dates or changing cabin when the whole booking would be impacted even if you only changed one of the flights.

I booked for my wife and mother in law to stay at the Hyatt Holston House which she said was nice, got a great deal with BA Hols 2 years ago.

Timing is everything, we left LAX for Palm springs on a monday morning and it took 2 hours.
Then the following year we did the reverse journey on a Friday afternoon and it took a similar amount of time, but the traffic in the other direct was gridlocked.

Regarding booking the inbound with a companion voucher then calling/message to get the avios refunded when adding the inbound, will that still work if i book different cabins? Looking to book club europe out but economy back.

With the exception of maybe Vegas inbound i wouldn’t be staying up late to book any US west coast destinations.

Im looking to make a booking and part points is not showing as an option anywhere, would this possibly be due to not having any points? Well I actually have 2 somehow, and am waiting for some from my stay last week which seem slower to post than normal.
As the above post the last time booked i bought 2k for €10 which saved me about £70 so just trying to see if i can get the same again.
Just following up on my previous post, I had my points post from a stay a few weeks ago. I must have previously set up an auto transfer to BA as they instantly went over to my avios balance (14k melia points became 4.2k avios).
I was left with 320 points so purchased 1680 more from melia for €8.40 to leave with me with exactly 2k. Looking to make another booking in the wonder week offer and the 2k points gets me an additional £105 discount which is a great outcome!

We booked for May HT next year a few months ago, the same room is now 80 EURO less so not exactly a wonder sale.

5 points per £1 @ Heathrow parking on BAPP, capped at 2500. Should stack with avios e-store/TCB etc

It’s not usual as the list contains many participating Hilton properties outside Europe and some new European countries.
It’s a massive list covering pretty much everywhere apart from the far east and south america. Tons of Turkiye, Dubai and if anyone is heading to Belfast it’s right at the bottom.
Unfortunately as usual I can’t use any of them as my plans are already in place until the end of the year 🙁
If you don’t mind pre paying the non refundable advance rates you can book well into 2025. It’s always worked for me regardless of how the offer was worded.

Got the screwfix offer too, I think this must be a recent change to accept Amex, I’m sure I couldn’t use it a few weeks back unless I used PayPal.

That would be a shame, i knew they were looking to make changes to the open seating process, but the free bags are a big differentiator. I always thought 2 bags was generous tbh.

I now need to book flights from Washington to MCO. They seem pretty pricey at the moment – especially once you’ve factored in 3 checked bags. When I’ve looked to redeem Avios, I don’t see that I’m getting as much value per Avios as I’d like, and checked bags again don’t seem to be included. There’s plenty of time so may wait and see.
It’s still quite early for flights to be released next summer, not all airlines are like BA and sell 355 days out.
We’ve used Southwest a few times primarily because they allow 2x23kg baggage per passenger for free, and are usually cheaper than AA/Delta etc. They only have flights available until April at the moment.

We took an Uber from the T5 premier inn to the upper wing recently, it cost £16 which clearly included the £5 fee in the receipt.

So you’re the reason I couldn’t book Malaga on that day?? 😀
I fell asleep and by the time i woke up in the morning there were only CE flights left, although i managed to book for the Sunday.
