I have my missing points and free night. Only recently complained and had no response. So I think my recent complaint and getting the points/night are unrelated. However tried booking using the free night and virtually every booking is saying I can’t use UK free night for that day even when normal point nights are fine. Looks like legendary IHG IT again!

It is possible I have a pro rata refund also but can’t remember which account the direct debit came out of originally!

And the white one is ending at the same time. Feel less bad about losing the premium one in the Curve fallout now! It was good while it lasted.

Good like in getting £4500 out of a BA 2 for 1! Also he could have still used the voucher with any Amex card didn’t have to be his own. I have seen this before with too many supplementries on one account all taking part in the offer being flagged.

Can’t see them even looking at shop small transitions now given the max £25 liability per card. These sort of cases are why these limits came in

My wife was in Hong Kong two weeks ago and went to both the Centurion lounge with 2 guests with the the Plat card and went to the Chase lounge with 1 guest on the Priority pass. The list on the PP app should be accurate.

If your partner didn’t have one, then you can get them to get one and add you as a second cardholder ok.
