I’m currently Bronze, 270 points, needing 180 to qualify for Silver.
My membership year ends 8th June – any tips for a run to get me over the line?A couple of weekend runs around the UK using the low fare finder would get you enough tier points, I’m doing this in the autumn.
Are you in London? LHR-HEL on Finnair is still available via Kayak/TravelUp for weekends in May for £330ish, which would give you 160TP. Also get to use T3 lounges and possibly A350. Then a domestic/DUB daytrip for remaining 20TP (in anything but the lowest economy, or upgrade one sector in MMB).
Or the above suggested routes booked as a BA holiday will give you double tier points
Is the BA holiday double tier point cut-off date 31 Aug or 31 Oct? Or neither? (sorry!)
Can I just temporarily hijack this thread instead of starting a new one? I’m thinking of flying LHR to Istanbul, then booking a separate flight to Dalaman a few days later. I plan on doing this on the British airways holidays page and then going on the custom trip. I will use hotels for the duration of the holidays and The last flight would be DAl to LHR then to MAN. I am assuming I would still be eligible for double tier points?
Many thanks
Yes, I am 99% sure the whole trip would qualify for double tier points if it is booked as a BA holiday (i.e. there is either a hotel booked for the whole duration of the trip OR a car hire booking for the whole duration of the trip).
Hopefully someone else can check and advise too?

Still being spoon fed?
