i thought everyone was now alligned and status was expiring at the end of April. Hubby has been downgraded to bronze and his card expiry is Nov 26. We were expecting this not to happen until April 26..

Expiring now would relate to status earned Oct 2023 – Oct 2024. He would need to have qualified Apr 2024 – Mar 2025 to have status through to Apr 2026.

Yes I am the same, downgraded to bronze from November 30th. I read earlier threads from April time that people said on here I would keep silver till April 2026

OK let me try spelling it out a bit more.
If you earned 600TP Apr 2024 – Mar 2025, you would be Silver until Apr 2026.
If you earned 600TP Oct 2023 – Oct 2024 (but did not qualify as above) you would be Silver until Nov 2025 and dropping to Bronze now.
Becoming Silver in Sep 2024 is not the significant factor, it depends which collection period triggered the status.
I’ve just had similar, but Bronze (down from Silver a year ago) to Blue. I thought I’d stick around on Bronze until April 2026. And a trip early next year would have (I thought) to get back into Silver. Bummer. It’s way too complicated!

I also just dropped Silver -> Bronze. Been Silver for what seems like forever, and very unlikely to get it back.
ive finally got my head around it, doesnt seem fair that due to one month difference i get 5 months more silver status. Now having to decide who im taking into the lounge out of hubby and daughter on Jan trip 🙄😂. i need to speak to BA as theyve only given me 2x 23kg
