Thanks. It actually prompted me to go into the app and remind me it had given me a comp Dragonpass account. We have no useful status with BA, and changed our gold amex card out for blue (alongside BAPP) to focus on 241s.
It seems OK to be able to buy in to Plaza Premium at £22 each via dragon? Booking directly is double.

I did the status match and got Platinum status with them. Up to 10% discount in the shop. Used it to buy some stuff on the way home before during a recent trip.
Now they also have discounts at airport restaurants I think?

I’m guessing they went through the combinations of letters that hadn’t been used for a company name across the worldwide markets and came up with the least worst.
Avolta is simply the new name of the merged Dufry and Autogrill businesses.
