Hi guys, I’m trying to pre book some lounge access but can’t see the ability to pre book within my priority pass. I get the pass with my business platinum which I’m the main account holder for.
My husband has the supplementary card and the ability to pre book within his priority account is showing.
Any ideas where I’m going wrong?
Which lounge? I have this issues with Escape at Stansted…
I’m trying to prebook T2 Manchester lounges for September 6th through my Amex issued priority pass app but when I go through it says no availability for any of the 3 lounges but if I want to pay full price then they are all available why would that be?
I would suspect it is because you are booking so far in advance.
When I prebook a lounge I usually wait 2-3 months before the flight itself.
It could also be that there is no arrangement with Amex to offer pre book entitlements with the lounge. Amex has published a list of lounges that are eligible.
Manchester lounges need to be pre booked using the Manchester airport website. Availability in T2 is extremely limited. T1/3 isn’t usually a problem. It’s still £6 per person
I posted the initial post and had checked a couple of lounges/airports. I knew they were available to book as my husband had the ability to book via his account. I rang priority in the end and they got me to look in via the website rather than the app and I was able to book that way.
I had tried removing app and reinstalling but they didn’t work either!
If priority with Amex then can only book 3 months ahead.
