I flew with BA on April 1st. My account now shows the (minuscule) regular tier points earned but not the bonus tier points. The website says they will be credited within 48/72 hours and I am properly registered for the bonus. No response yet from BA. Has anybody else had the same issue ?

Yes I’m waiting for bonus TP from 2 flights 7 days ago. Can you keep us up to date with whether you get them just delayed or what BA say please?
Same here. Bonus points missing and I registered prior.
I flew on 4th April and bonus points have not appeared. Just spent 45 minutes on the chat trying to resolve. The agent eventually said they would raise it with the team to get them credited. They initially said the bonus points were only for BA holidays but I pushed back on that.
I’ve made four flights, from mid April to 1 June and not a sign of any bonus points whatsoever.
Likewise flights flown a few months back, no sign of the bonus tire points yet. Has anyone had success chasing these?
Did you book after 30 December? All TPs should arrive together
Yep, all booked this calendar year. It might be that the bonus point are part of the single flight awards (they just state ‘eligible spend £xxx’) but it’s not obvious.
When you receive your bonus tier points it shows them as ‘Bonus Tier Points’ under the more details bit of the statement online
I eventually received my bonus tier points after raising a complaint online. All subsequent flights I have received the points with no issue, so I guess maybe related to some IT issue where I hadn’t been registered correctly
Not sure it applies to any of you but Economy Basic fares don’t qualify for the bonus TP.

It’s one of a fairly limited number of exclusions –
Qualifying Flights shall not include (i) Economy Basic fares, (ii) Reward Flights, (iii) upgrades using Avios or other promotional upgrades purchased at the airport and (iv) for a flight marketed by one of our partner airlines.
