    Mine worked this morning but I just made another purchase online and it failed saying ‘transaction not allowed, then I got an instant notification the card has been removed from Apple Pay.

    When you and your chums tried using the card, what happened and what notifications or errors popped up on your phones/apps?

    Same. Also got Apple Wallet notification flash up: ‘card suspended by your card provider’ (or something like that…)

    Hopefully it’s a system issue and not a sudden simultaneous crackdown. Curve are so crap, if it’s an unplanned issue god knows how long it will take to sort it out.

    Had exactly the same message this afternoon and card removed from Apple Pay. Haven’t tried again

    Also got declined at Tesco when paying by card, then Apple Pay said card suspended.

    My card was suspended with them a couple of days ago. Never had this before, been using them for years. Totally useless customer service, as always. No answer as to why, no resolution, no timeframe given

    Best for now I suspect is to play the wait and see game for a bit. One of my friends (who doesn’t abuse the card as much as I do) has reached out for an explanation. May be worth others who use it similarly to do the same. I prefer where possible to stay well clear…

    All tickety-boo here. It’s extraordinary how, just because it’s Curve, if a transaction doesn’t work there’s some great drama or conspiracy around the cause, it’s obviously Curve’s fault and there’s an urgent need to post negatively about it. It happens to every cardholder/provider occasionally; it’s not exactly news.

    Still not working for me.
    Another friend, which was never subjected to a KYC or ID verification last year, has their card working just fine.

    Was all going fine for me too – Made transactions yesterday and from 5am to 9am no issue, and now also getting the transaction declined message.

    Tried a nasty transaction earlier and got the “transaction not allowed” message. Tried again and it fails without even going to app verification now.

    Maybe for MS transactions but it’s been working perfectly well for regular stuff.
