I’m trying to call the Diamond support number but the UK and EU numbers won’t connect.
Does anyone know how to contact them, or does it in practice make no difference to who you end up speaking to?
What is the diamond support number? I haven’t been able to find it via google.
I call the US toll-free number using Skype, it always goes to the Philippines, answered within 1-2 minutes, they recognise me as Diamond and they have done what I asked.
But I haven’t needed anything particularly difficult
It’s for a confirmable suite upgrade voucher. Have had difficulty every time I’ve tried to redeem one. Had a look at the threads on here, and people referred to having had success via the Diamond support number. But I can’t make the published number work.
What do you mean thou can’t make the published number “work”?
You call the number, enter your membership number when requested and that does whatever it does to get you to an agent.
I mean I tried the number from my phone and neither the UK or EU number would connect. I’ve now used the US number which did connect.
